In this series, Suburban Vacation, Joshua Hall aka baghead is reflecting on his suburban adolescence growing up in Kendall and its accompanying iconography. These (1 of 1) / unique small-scale wooden sculptures embody various aspects of a new Miami suburb. For example, figurines such as a Publix inspired shopping cart, and a duck which populates the man made lakes. These eight works are the basis for his limited editioned series. Each piece is hand embellished, carved, and painted.
