Josh Aronson (b. 1994, Toronto, Canada) is an artist whose work has been exhibited internationally. His work has been written about in the British Journal of Photography, Dazed, i-D, Vogue Italia, Garage, Document Journal, Metal, Venice Magazine and Design Miami’s The Forum, among others. Josh is the recipient of the 2021 Miami New Times Best of Miami: Best Photographer distinction. His work is in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute (New York, NY); the Library of Congress (Washington, D.C.); and the University of Miami’s Special Collections (Miami, FL). His first photobook, Tropicana, was published in May 2020. In 2021, he opened Tropicana, an exhibition at the Miami Design District. Recent solo exhibitions also include I Thought About Posting This, Congruent Space, Chicago, IL, 2019 and With Mine Dyed Blue, Nizhny Tagil Museum of Fine Art and Space Place Gallery, Nizhny Tagil, Russia, 2018. He lives and works in Miami, FL.
